We do not accept returns

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or manufactured incorrectly due to our error, Gecko Blinds Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product where appropriate

We do have a satisfaction guarantee, if you are unhappy with the blinds or the service, please let us know and we'll put it right for you.
